Orchestrate the enterprise learning strategy into continuous execution
Build and scale a continuous learning culture across functions.
Drive AI fluency and applied skills integration into all roles.
Partner with business leaders for capability roadmaps.
Create a north-star capability model for Product & Engineering and GTM functions.

Operational

Design and deploy enterprise-wide learning programs and frameworks.
Curate AI-enabled learning pathways for functional teams.
Build and manage cohort-based development journeys.
Track learning analytics, business metrics, and ROI.
Partner with external learning partners, functional coaches & platforms.

Transformation & Innovation

Introduce new-age learning tools, methodologies, platforms.
Embed AI-first learning experiences across all functions.
Build communities of practice & peer learning models.
Create internal “AI champions” network.
