GBS also maintains continuous improvement plans to enhance our customer-oriented service culture.About the JobAnalyst will be responsible for 1st/2nd line support of Oracle Cloud Fusion. It is a techno/functional role which will require both functional/technical expertise to work within a controlled IT environment with a 3rd party managed service (infrastructure) partner. You will be required to engage with stakeholders across the organisation to resolve issuesMain Accountabilities

Responsible for providing incident resolution, change input and release controls on ORACLE FUSION CLOUD application and all interfaces to this system at second and third line functional level
Provide resolution of all functional incidents within the Oracle Fusion application and SCM, Demand and Planning, Manufaturing, Procurement, Purchase Order, and Work Confirmation etc, and interfaces to third party applications
Coordinate technical tasks and deliverables for Fusion Application and related technology projects
Manage and resolve Incidents and request related to Oracle OTBI, BI and BI Publisher.
Review and QA the new reports.
Update or Review reports causing performance issues.
Tune the SQL's for the BI Publisher Reports.
Build new reports, dashboards or interactive reports.
Bursting through Scheduling or Scheduled Event Triggers.
Review and define Data modeling strcuture.
Create and contribute BI Deployment Strategy.
Manage and Review BICC setups.
Document resolutions to promote knowledge sharing for team and customers
Co-ordinate testing with end users and or global team
Understands and follows Change Control Requirements
Validates and resolves all incidents or determines if they are required to be escalated to company chosen programme or other Partner for external support or other interface support teams (either internal or external)
Work with SOX, Internal Controls and audit support teams as needed to meet audit requirements ensuring that regulation and change management requirements are met
Maintain ownership of incidents to ensure that they are remediated within SLA and to agreed quality measures
Identify solutions for streamlining of business processes in Fusion Application to meet business needs, including functional setups, personalization's, interfaces, customizations, extensions and reports
Participate as technical/Functional contributor on Fusion Application projects to be delivered on time, within budget and with high quality, including our planned enhancement programme
Actively Participate in weekly Global Team meeting on current issues and escalations.

Additional RequirementsRequired for position:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is recommended
Proven report development experience using Oracle Tools - OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and Oracle BI Publisher - including dashboard reports, agents, scheduling and RTF template reports
Experience with Bursting through Scheduling + Scheduled Event Triggers
Good knowledge of the Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP underlying data table structures and strong SQL skills
Strong exposure to Reports & Analytics , ERP Cloud and Oracle OTBI reporting tool.
Extensive hands-on experience in creating OTBI reports from scratch.
Advanced SQL knowledge with Oracle database
Good understanding of requirement gathering from different sources
Good knowledge of design, develop, code, test , UAT and validate the OTBI reports.
Customer facing and User interaction experience.
Should have excellent presentation and written communications skills.
Problem diagnosis and solutions, documentation, administration, and support experience
Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders to understand their data sets and requirements
Effective communication and the ability to prioritise multiple requests is essential for this role, as well as a keen eye for detail

Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly
OCI Certified / ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management
Show strong initiative, proactive and persuasive
Experience working with Implementation consultants is a plus
Flexible working hours during peak business periods
