Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive (SAP) fluent in Japanese to join our team at Virtual Labs Inc. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and developing strong relationships with Japanese clients. This role requires in-depth knowledge of SAP software and previous experience in a similar sales or account management position. The position is remote and full-time, with a salary range of [INSERT SALARY RANGE]. Qualifications And Skills Fluency in Japanese (Native speaker) 7-10 years of experience in a similar sales or account management role, preferably with SAP software Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Roles And Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with Japanese clients, understanding their business needs and aligning with Virtual Labs Inc.'s solutions Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and support Identify new business opportunities and generate leads, collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to Japanese clients, showcasing the benefits of Virtual Labs Inc.'s SAP solutions Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring profitability for Virtual Labs Inc. and satisfaction for clients Monitor the success of projects, providing regular updates to clients and addressing any issues or concerns Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring Virtual Labs Inc. remains competitive in the market Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, consulting, and technology, to ensure successful project delivery Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
