- Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support for hardware/software problems.
- Plan and implement IT projects including system upgrades, automation tools, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and budget tracking.
- Liaise with production, quality, and engineering departments to integrate IT solutions into operational processes.
- Lead and mentor the IT support team.
