As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Freelance Business Development Manager to join our team. Job Description : Responsibilities : 1. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in need of staffing and recruitment services. 2. Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads and secure new business opportunities. 3. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth opportunities. 4. Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs. 5. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. 6. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing structures to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. 7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts. 8. Provide ongoing support and communication to clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. 9. Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices to remain competitive in the market. 10. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company. Requirements : 1. Proven track record of success in business development, preferably in the staffing and recruitment industry. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients. 3. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding targets. 4. Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate reports. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. 7. Previous experience in a freelance or remote work environment is a plus. Compensation : As a Freelance Business Development Manager, you will receive a competitive commission-based compensation package. You will be entitled to a 50% share of the deal closing invoice for each successful client acquisition. Additionally, based on exceptional performance and demonstrated results, there is the opportunity for a full-time role with the company within the next three months, accompanied by the highest package offered. This transition will be contingent upon meeting predetermined performance metrics and mutually agreed-upon goals.
