- Recognized degree preferably in Business Management from a tier 1 institute with 12+ years of business development, partnerships, or sales experience in fast-paced growth environment
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience of working in issuing business, merchant acquiring business, payments, e-commerce, Fintech and/or technology enabled businesses in a solution selling environment
- Experience in driving payment partnerships with a deep understanding of the consumer card and merchant acquiring business and India market landscape. Relationships across key players would be valuable.
- Own and manage partnerships, drive business outcomes, and coordinate internal resources towards delivery of partnership goals. Develop, manage and deliver on account plans.
- Experience of successfully managing strategic clients and offer ongoing payments consulting.
- Experience in developing and tracking client-centric strategies within a matrixed organization.
- Solution focused, should be able to connect the dots and leverage Visa best practices, make timely decisions in ambiguous, high-pressure situations, quick to adjust/recover and reset priorities.
