Guide prospective students through the application and enrolment
process
Coordinate with instructors for class timings, material readiness, and
student attendance
Act as a liaison between students and the education team, addressing
student queries and concerns proactively
Share important updates, announcements, and study-related
information with studentsRequired SkillsStay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and
changes in the gemological education landscape to better advise
students and inform strategic planning
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to engage effectively
with students and parents
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Good communication skills, capable of documenting
