Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our workshop operations specializing in the replication of artefacts and objects. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of workshop management, procurement, and the intricacies involved in replicating historical and cultural items. This role requires excellent leadership and organizational skills to ensure efficient production processes. Responsibilities: 1. Workshop Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules. 2. Artefact Replication Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of the processes involved in replicating artefacts and objects, including molding, casting, and finishing techniques. 3. Procurement: Manage procurement of materials and supplies necessary for artefact replication, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness. 4. Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and authenticity in replicated artefacts. 5. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor production teams, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. 6. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, artisans, and other stakeholders to interpret historical references and ensure accurate replication of artefacts. 7. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and oversee inventory management processes to support production operations effectively. 8. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all staff. Requirements: 1. Experience: Proven experience in workshop management, preferably in a setting focused on artefact replication or manufacturing. 2. Knowledge: Strong understanding of artefact replication processes, including molding, casting, and finishing techniques. 3. Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication abilities to effectively lead and motivate production teams. 4.
