Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Indore. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with human resource management, such as recruitment and hiring, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits management, and compliance with legal requirements. Qualifications Strong knowledge of human resource management practices and principles Experience in recruitment and hiring processes Experience in employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits management, and legal compliance Effective communication and interpersonal skills Able to work collaboratively with diverse teams Proficient in Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field PHR/SPHR certification is a plus
