Through our product, we provide a comprehensive digital platform that integrates invoicing, retailer management, credit facilities, and communication tools, enabling distributors to streamline their operations and drive growth.Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Lead - Distributor Operations to oversee and manage the onboarding, training, and performance of our distributor network. This role is pivotal in ensuring that distributors effectively utilize the platform to manage retailer/ Distributer profiles, facilitate transactions, and leverage financial services, thereby contributing to the growth of small businesses.Key Responsibilities:1. Distributor Onboarding & Activation:- Identify and onboard new distributors across target regions.- Ensure proper KYC, agreements, and digital onboarding process completion.2. Training & Enablement:- Conduct regular product and process training for distributors (app usage, loan offerings, sound box deployment).- Ensure - 95% of active distributors are fully trained.3. Performance Monitoring:- Track distributor performance across KPIs: retailer acquisitions, activation rates, collections, etc.- Drive performance reviews and develop incentive plans with the central team.4. Distributor Support & Issue Resolution:- Resolve distributor queries or complaints within 24-48 hours.- Act as the first escalation point and coordinate with internal teams.5. Market Development & Expansion:- Identify new areas for distributor deployment and expansion.- Conduct local-level activations or campaigns through distributor network.6.
