Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Event Business Development Executive located in New Delhi. As an Event Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, develop innovative strategies to meet client requirements, and provide exceptional customer service. Generating leads into events industry, targeting high potential clients for Exhibitions, Social Events, Corporate events, MICE and more (Domestic as well as International). Developing business by cold calling, client pitching through research or references. Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved. Mailing Introductory Profile to prospective clients. Scheduling appointments and to get maximum meetings done with the clients. To get sound brief from the client and ensure maximum clients are converted. Client follow ups & feedback till the completion of the project. Qualifications Prior experience in business development or sales, specifically in the events industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
