Roles & Responsibilities:- Research & Prospecting - Own account-based marketing (ABM) strategy for global markets. - Research and design account-based marketing strategies to engage global decision-makers (CXOs, CTOs, HR leaders). - Leverage AI tools for lead scoring, prospect prioritization, and industry insights. - Outreach & Engagement - Drive multi-channel outreach: LinkedIn, email, calls, webinars, and events. - Lead the design of email nurturing sequences to convert early prospects into sales opportunities. - Mentor colleagues / peers on outreach best practices, especially email personalization and follow-ups. - Campaign Execution & Content- Collaborate with Content / Design teams to design end-to-end email strategies (templates, newsletters, automated workflows).- Run A/B tests and AI-driven personalization for subject lines, CTAs, and copy optimization.- Distribute and track social media and email campaigns for maximum reach. - CRM Hygiene & Reporting - Ensure CRM discipline: complete and accurate data on all leads. - Track KPIs: MQLs, SQLs, demos, pipeline value, and email performance metrics. - Present campaign insights and ROI to leadership. - Lead and own end-to-end demand generation campaigns targeting prospects for VAYUZ's service portfolio (AI Inclusive Digital Engineering, Product Engineering, DXD, RAPYD Talent Solution, Bitovn Suite).Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- 70-100 qualified leads per month (MQLs). - 60+ sales-qualified opportunities (SQLs) per quarter. - 15-20 demos booked per month for Business. - 100% CRM hygiene with timely updates. - Campaign ROI improvements via automation and AI-driven optimization. - Contribution to quarterly pipeline growth in line with 100x SBU targets. What We're Looking For:- 2 - 5 years of proven experience in B2B demand generation for IT Services, or Digital Engineering Solutions.- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot (or similar CRMs), marketing automation tools, and AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, ChatGPT, AI-driven analytics). - Track record of converting outreach into sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and demos for services / solutions. - Experience in designing multi-touch campaigns using AI-enhanced personalization. - Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and present campaign ROI. - Excellent communication and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide junior team members. - Adaptability to thrive in a fast-growing, global-facing environment.
