- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in Rajasthan
- New Dealers, Distributers & Retail Appointment, Management and Market share Development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer operations and identify opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
- Strong technical knowledge of submersible pumps and motors, including design, application, and installation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Minimum Graduation with MBA (Marketing) preferred
- He should have an experience of 8 -14 years in Sales and Marketing of agriculture and domestic pumps (Submersible, monoblocs and minipumps)
