Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting operations of a well-established organization. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, handling statutory compliances such as TDS, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. The ideal candidate should have sound accounting knowledge, experience with accounting software such as Tally or ERP systems, and the ability to coordinate with auditors and internal teams. Job Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in accounting software (Tally / ERP). Record and manage purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries. Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and customer ledger reconciliations on a regular basis. Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and filing of TDS returns. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, balance sheet, and profit & loss accounts. Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely collections and payments. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks when required. Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, vouchers, and financial records. Support management with MIS reports and basic financial analysis. Job Requirements: Education Qualification - B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (Preferred). Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience. Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP accounting software. Knowledge of TDS compliance and statutory requirements. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records. Good organizational and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
