Backed by Y Combinator and leading global investors, Karbon powers 3000+ startups, unicorns, and enterprises nationwide.Job Summary:We’re looking for a Marketing Designer who will work closely with the performance marketing team to execute high-performing creatives across ads, website, and sales assets.This is not a brand design role. This is a performance-driven role focused on speed, clarity, and conversion.RequirementsMust Have Skills
  • Strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy, clarity)
  • Experience designing performance marketing creatives (B2B preferred)
  • Ability to translate messaging into compelling visuals (without needing to create the messaging)
  • High-speed execution mindset (ability to produce multiple variations quickly)
  • Basic understanding of: CTR, CVR, Funnel stages (awareness, retargeting, conversion)
  • Working familiarity with generative AI / text-to-design tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, etc.) to accelerate creative production
Good to Have Skills
  • Motion design / light animation for ads
  • Experience working with landing page optimization (CRO mindset)
  • Familiarity with user behavior tools (Hotjar, Clarity, GA4)
Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing Assets (Primary Focus)· Create ad creatives for LinkedIn, Google, and Meta· Translate hooks and messaging provided by the performance team into strong visual creatives· Rapidly iterate on multiple variations of creatives· Maintain consistency across campaigns while testing new formats2. Website & Conversion Assets· Design landing page sections and visual components to improve conversion rates· Improve clarity, hierarchy, and usability of key pages· Work with the marketing team to continuously optimize user experience3.
