In 2024 we are introducing number of exciting development offerings to our organization and created a process to respond more directly and timely to business needs. The facilitator will report to the Faculty Lead who in their turn will report to the Employee Experience organization under the People Function. Key Responsibilities As our Leadership Development Facilitator, your role is to deliver our leadership programs and other exciting solutions. You will manage and facilitate instructor-led leadership programs for global senior leaders through a variety of different platforms. This position will be a part of the Faculty Team which will work very tightly with the Maersk Leadership Institute (MLI) that designs and develops the solutions. As a facilitator, you will be creating one-of-a-kind learning experience for leaders and making impact on our organization. What We Are Looking For Professional background from working in a global company or consultancy Solid experience in delivery of leadership programs. Being interested and enthusiastic about leadership development and happy to engage with leaders at various levels. Ability to create a psychologically safe environment where people can be vulnerable and open up. Good rapport building and interpersonal skills. Excellent communications and presentation skills to create engaging sessions. Good at bringing people together and managing group dynamics. Understanding of the challenges in leading and facilitating in multicultural settings. Ability to maintain an unbiased perspective in sessions and showing empathy, sensitivity to feelings of participants & tact. Ability to foster an environment of trust, openness and mutual respect. Proficiency in ensuring a harmonious mix of diverse perspectives and shared goals. Ability to work well with deadlines and follow designed processes.
