Responsibilities : Targeted Lean intervention and Opportunity Identification aligned to the defined goals in the allocated programs. Facilitate design of solution and ensure identified opportunities are realized. Contribute to creating new models, frameworks and toolkits, pilot the same and deploy across organization. Ensuring the new modes aligned to needs of the assigned portfolio and help the portfolio to meet their YOY commitments on efficiency improvement and client value. Technical and Professional Requirements: Must have experience driving Lean and Six sigma based improvement programs in their previous organization(s). Should be having the following knowledge and competency: Lean Six Sigma Green/Black belt Knowledge of software development life cycle/Agile Knowledge of project management Data analytics basics using statistical methods and exposure to software like R/Hadoop/SAS/Python Problem solving techniques Excellent communication skills Good understanding of Change management
