Industry: Coal IndustryJob Purpose:RSM's primary role is to procure sales orders for coal used as raw material inB2B designated regions. The RSM role primarily targets companies using boilersand other heating systems that rely on coal or alternative energy sources.RSMshave individual sales targets and are responsible for selling imported coal. Theymay have a team under them, but their primary focus is achieving their personalsales targets and guiding their team effectively. RSM has to be self-directed tomeet individual sales targets. RSMs are periodically monitored to assessperformance and sales skills. Candidates should demonstrate leadership skills inselling to new markets. RSMs also coordinate with various companies for coal ofsale and provide Minimum Selling Price Recommendations (MSPR) for ourpurchase team.Job DutiesThe job requires a daily commute to meet clients located at differentlocations.Visit the head office and plant site and convince purchase officers andmanagement for sales.Communicate and implement the Client's vision, mission, and overall salesdirection.Demonstrate leadership, integrity, accountability, teamwork, and aself-directed approach toward acquiring sales orders and closing business.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets andobjectives.Achieve predetermined Monthly sales targets.Identify, select, and coordinate with potential clients through his skill andnetwork.Generated leads and inquiries and identified opportunities relevant to coalsales.Work closely with customer service, quality control, operations, safety, andcredit.Do field, plant, and head office visits for the allotted client list, and executeselling parameters that conform to RSMs SOPs.Preparation and submission of proposals with the support of the backendAchieving technical and commercial closure with clients.Attending and closing client negotiations.Possess knowledge and ability to interact with sub-vendors / suppliers.Conduct presentations at client premises.Support the backend team in fulfilling documentation requirements aboutsales orders.After receiving training, report daily tasks in CRM, CCR, sales orderprocessing, inquiries, party allocation, operational CRM, and other onlinesales-tracking tools.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industrialclients.Can get work orders from respective clients (related to industries that usecoal as a fuel source).Differentiate sales pitch and strategy for Industrial, Corporate, and SMEclients/leads.Coordinate actively within the sales department to fulfill and execute coalsales.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities andthreats.Do problem-solving for unloading on clients.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Travel to meet with designated clients and attend industry-specific events.Build network/contacts with purchase/procurement persons of variousindustries of Distilleries, cement plants, fertilizers, chemicals, textiles,paper mills, sugar mills, and others.Staying up to date with local government regulations and experience inhandling a team are mandatory requirements.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: Experience of 3 to 5 years in B2B industrial sales is preferable.KnowledgeUnderstanding of the coal industry.Knowledge of the boiler industry and its energy needs.Familiarity with regional languages and Hindi language.SkillsExcellent leadershipTeam management skillsExceptional communicationInterpersonal skillsStrategic thinkingProblem-solving abilitiesNegotiation and closing skillsRelationship-building skillsSales Pitch DevelopmentProduct knowledgeCustomer RetentionPerseverancePersuasionGrowth MindsetApp data-entry proficiencyTerritory ManagementObjection ManagementCustomer Relationship ManagementAttributesResults-driven.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.A strong work ethic.A proactive sales approach.Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.A strong customer focus.Ownership.Accountability.Decision-making ability.Confidence.Commitment.Broad Mindset and Patient.Gain the trust of clients.Street Smart.Create Value.Perks and BenefitsCompetitive salary.We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes GroupMediclaim, leave encashment, bonus, etc.There are opportunities for career advancement within the organization.Ongoing training and development programs.Training & Induction: Seven days of training and induction program will beconducted (without pay).Number of Vacancies: 1Ideal Start Date: As soon as possible.
