- Strategic Planning: Participate in developing and implementing digital marketing content strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive online engagement.
- Digital Marketing Management: Guide team in optimizing content, SEO, and page publishing. Manage and enhance the company's website, intranet and landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Content Optimization: Lead the team in enabling stakeholders to meet marketing and internal communications objectives by guiding the creation of engaging and relevant content. Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and adheres to brand guidelines and industry best practices.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to gain insights into external and internal web performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness, informing content optimization and decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of content marketing, SEO, and web design professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Drive opportunities for skill enhancement and performance improvement, including talent performance reviews.
- Web Marketing Pillar Leadership: Provide leadership to the GDS web team, overseeing talent management, marketing KPIs, operational KPIs, and other key organizational metrics.
- Resource Management: Ensure compliance with billing practices, optimize resource allocation, and promote operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, product success, UX, content leaders, and technology teams, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate consistent stakeholder engagement across global and regional teams to leverage best practices across teams wherever possible.
- Innovation and Trends: Drive initiatives focused on automation, AI-based optimization, and process improvements for cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal and ethical standards, including data protection regulations.
- Strong understanding of how digital marketing helps deliver marketing/business objectives
- Experience with, and a strong understanding of digital channels
- Experience with, and a strong understanding of digital content and web publishing
- Experience working in Content Management Systems (CMS), Adobe Experience Manager is an advantage
- Experience with and a strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization
- Experience analyzing web analytics using tools like Adobe Analytics
- Strong project management skills

- Bachelor's or master's degree
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in using AEM
- Minimum 4 years of experience with SEO
- Minimum 4 years of experience in team handling
