- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of machines
- Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical, and technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions to production.
- Collaborate with the timely team to enhance organization reliability and operational efficiency.
- Planning of installation and commissioning new machinery, adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new machines into the production line.
- Having knowledge of reactors, centrifuge, anfd, dryers, sparkler filter, pumps, vacuum system, scrubber system.
- Also knowledge of iso documentation, equipment qualification.
- Change control procedure, deviation procedure & preventive maintenance planner & check list.
