Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience:Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in TOSCA automation testing across SAP (Fiori/GUI), Web, and Mobile platforms. Certification in TOSCA is mandatory.Prior experience in pharmaceutical, quality assurance, or related regulated environments is highly desirable.Technical Expertise:Strong expertise in converting manual test cases (SAP(Fiori/GUI), Web Apps, Mobile Apps, API) into TOSCA Automation scripts, setting up TOSCA automation framework and script maintenance as per the requirements.Proven experience working within continuous testing pipelines, including setting up and integrating automation with tools such as Jira, Xray, and SOLMAN.Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and proficiency in various testing methodologies including manual, automated, performance, and load testing.Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira and Xray.Exposure to leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI solutions to enhance QA productivity is desirable.Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or NeoLoad is a plus.Familiarity with other automation tools like UFT, EggPlant, Selenium is advantageous.Knowledge or experience in implementing service virtualization techniques to simulate service dependencies for efficient testing in complex environments is a plus.SAP Domain Knowledge:Familiarity with SAP modules including FI, CO, MM, SD, QM, ARIBA, CONCUR, Fieldglass, and exposure to SAP S/4 HANA environments.Proven involvement in SAP implementation or upgrade projects, particularly in testing roles.Soft Skills:Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues early.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and adapt to changing project requirements.Comfortable working in Agile, hybrid Agile, or Waterfall project methodologies.Additional Recommended Skills:Basic scripting or programming skills (e.g., VBScript, JavaScript, Python) to enhance automation capabilities.Understanding of API testing concepts and tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI) to complement UI automation efforts.Knowledge of test data management best practices to support comprehensive test coverage.Our technology teams operate as business partners, proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities.
