AI Engineer

• Design and implement RAG pipelines using LLMs and vector databases

• Build and deploy AI agents for task automation and decision-making

• Develop end-to-end GenAI applications (chatbots, copilots, assistants)

• Integrate LLMs via APIs (OpenAI, open-source models, etc.)

• Work with embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval systems

• Optimize prompts, context handling, and response quality

• Build scalable APIs and backend services for AI systems

• Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance in production

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship AI features

• 2–3 years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering with AI focus

• Strong proficiency in Python

• Hands-on experience with:

• RAG pipelines

• AI agents / agent frameworks

• Experience with frameworks/tools like:

• LangChain / LlamaIndex

• OpenAI / open-source LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)

• Experience with vector databases:

• FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma

• Understanding of:

• Embeddings & semantic search

• Prompt engineering

• LLM evaluation techniques

• Experience building and consuming REST APIs

• Experience with multi-agent systems or autonomous workflows

• Knowledge of fine-tuning / LoRA / model optimization

• Familiarity with MLOps tools, Docker, Kubernetes

• Experience with streaming responses, memory systems, and tool usage in agents

• Exposure to frontend frameworks (Streamlit, React) for AI apps

• Work on cutting-edge GenAI, Agents, and LLM products
