We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Relationship Manager to join our team and drive top-line growth and client satisfaction. Job Description: As a Customer Relationship Manager at XpertReach, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring operational profitability. You will leverage your expertise in B2B sales, business development, and key account management to strengthen existing client relationships and acquire new clients in the executive search and recruitment domain. Your responsibilities will encompass sales promotion, branding activities, client engagement, and the delivery of high-quality service to meet our clients needs. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition and Business Development: Identify and target new clients within the target industry sectors. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the client base. Nurture relationships with key decision-makers to generate new business opportunities. Key Account Management: Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximize share of business. Understand clients hiring needs and provide tailored talent solutions. Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving. Sales Promotion and Branding Activities: Develop and execute sales promotion strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Collaborate with the management team to create marketing collateral and branding materials. Operational Profitability: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and profitability. Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing and collection of payments. Client Engagement and Quality Service: Oversee the delivery of high-quality service to clients, ensuring adherence to service level agreements. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Conduct regular client meetings to review service delivery and identify areas for improvement. Management Information System (MIS) Reporting: Generate and maintain MIS reports on sales pipeline, customer engagement, and revenue forecasts. Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and key client metrics. Utilize data insights to drive strategic decision-making and business growth. Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration or a related field. Experience in B2B sales, new client acquisition, business development, key account management, and customer relationship management in the executive search/recruitment/staffing industry. Proven track record of success in driving top-line growth and operational profitability. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
