Designation: WordPress Team Lead (Remote)Shift: Early MorningExperience: 8-10 YearsOverviewWe are looking for an experienced Website WordPress Team Lead to lead and manage front-end website development projects, primarily focused on WordPress-based builds, SEO-optimized templates, and scalable UI delivery.The ideal candidate will combine strong front-end technical expertise with team leadership and delivery management capabilities, ensuring high-quality, SEO-driven website outputs.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Delivery Management

Own end-to-end delivery of front-end website development projects
Manage template-based builds and scalable UI systems across multiple websites
Ensure on-time delivery with high quality and performance standards
Maintain daily reporting and progress tracking across projects
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and ensure smooth execution

Front-End Development Oversight

Lead development using WordPress front-end technologies
Ensure best practices in:

Responsive design
Page speed optimization
Clean UI/UX implementation
Oversee implementation of SEO-friendly structures and layouts
Guide developers on reusable components and efficient workflows

SEO & AI Integration

Leverage custom GPT tools for:

On-page SEO optimization
Content structuring
Meta and schema recommendations
Ensure all pages are built with SEO-first approach
Collaborate with SEO teams when required

Team Management

Lead and manage a team of 3 4 front-end developers
Conduct:

Daily stand-ups
Task allocation
Performance monitoring
Ensure team productivity, accountability, and skill enhancement
Provide technical guidance and mentorship

Process & Quality Control

Establish and maintain SOPs for front-end development
Ensure proper QA before delivery
Optimize workflows for speed, scalability, and consistency
Implement reusable templates and frameworks

Required Skills & ExperienceExperience

8 10 years of experience in front-end development
Strong experience with WordPress (frontend-focused)
Proven experience in team handling and project delivery
