Monitoring (Dynatrace, Splunk, LogDna, Sysdig) Scripting (Ansible, Shell, SQL, Scheduling Management (Autosys) Confidential Tracking / ticketing tools (Service Now, JIRA) Network protocols Database management DevOps Agile Knowledge of ITIL Experience on handling Incident / Problem / Change General IT infrastructure knowledge Knowledge on banking application will be preferable Good written and spoken English Measure and identify areas for improving Quality and overall Delivery Able to communicate efficiently Good Team Player Resource should be comfortable in working shifts - morning/evening/general, on call weekends and holidays.
