Responsible for ensuring adherence to approved plans and safety protocols, the Manager directs drilling, blasting, and coal seam removal activities, guiding shift leaders to meet production targets. Collaborating closely with colliery engineers, they facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and preparatory works, while also managing equipment maintenance and contractor relations.
