- MBA/Bachelor’s degree (BCOM) from a University.
- Knowledge of operations, export freight forwarding & customer service knowledge of exports.
- 4 Years to 6 years experience in freight forwarding background.
- Should have relevant experience Freight forwarding Ocean & Customer Service Export.
- Would be monitoring and ensuring that all Customer Service are updating all the milestones in chronological order for all the bookings on portal.
- Independent correspondence with client & lines.
- Sometime rate negotiation with local shipping line & overseas office.
- Quote to the existing clients and win the business.
- Should be go getter and win the maximum shipments of local clients.
- Maintain good relation with nomination clients / local clients / line / overseas agents.
- Maintain our portal on day basis and keep up to date the millstones on portal.
- Follow the set sop’s / kpi appropriately.
- Should be pro-active and action on the shipment smartly.
- Handling General, Hazardous & Refeer Cargo.
- Good contact with major shipping line.
- Knowledge to place the bookings with Shipping line.
- Daily update DSR.

- Well versed with MS Excel
- Communication skills
