Analysing the requirements of electrical systems and components based on customer satisfaction; making and adjusting design plans accordingly.
Designing, testing and creating electrical systems and components, while ensuring that products can work alone and/or are compatible with other systems.
Managing and negotiating with electrical and electronic equipment vendors for the development of systems and components.
Collaborating with colleagues in electrical, mechanical and other engineering branches.
Complying with safety regulations throughout the development process.

Degree Requirement and Work Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
4+ years of experience in product design & development related to electrification technologies like Motors, Electric Drives, Battery energy storage systems, hybrids, electric vehicles (EV), etc
Working knowledge of the NPI process
Functional validation testing experience will be an added advantage.
