JD AMC Sales & Service ManagerKey Responsibilities:1. AMC Sales & Revenue- Own the AMC sales target for the company.- Convert new clients into AMC contracts through site visits, audits and proposals.- Ensure 100% renewal of existing AMC clients.- Identify upgrade, retrofit and replacement opportunities during AMC visits.- Prepare AMC proposals, scope of work and commercial terms.2. AMC Service Delivery- Plan and ensure on-time execution of all AMC visits, inspections and maintenance schedules.- Ensure all systems (hydrant, sprinkler, alarm, extinguishers, suppression etc.) are maintained as per standards.- Monitor quality of service and ensure no client complaints are left unresolved.- Ensure proper service reports, compliance certificates and client sign-offs.3. Technical Problem Solving- Act as the technical escalation point for all AMC clients.Diagnose root causes of:- Frequent breakdowns- Low pressure- System failures- Compliance gaps- Guide service engineers on correct repair, replacement and testing methods.- Ensure correct technical recommendations are given to clients.4. Team Leadership & Training- Lead the AMC service engineers and supervisors.Train engineers on:- Fire-fighting systems- AMC checklists & SOPs- Testing and commissioning methods- Client handling- Build a disciplined service culture - safety, punctuality, documentation, professionalism.- Monitor technician productivity and skill levels.5. Client Relationship Management- Be the single point of contact for key AMC clients.- Conduct periodic review meetings with clients.- Handle escalations, complaints and technical clarifications.- Ensure high client trust and retention.Qualification:Any Engineering graduate with Sales experience of Fire - Fighting system.Skills & Competencies - Strong know-how of fire-fighting systems and components. - Experience in handling AMC operations (preferred). - Ability to lead, delegate, and motivate a team. - Effective communication and reporting skills. - Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
