- Your primary responsibility is to design, localize, configure, and roll out the SAP IBP, S4 PPDS solution during S/4 HANA deployments.
- Additionally, you support live instances of both IBP and S/4 HANA PPDS.
- You coordinate with non-SAP application teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end design of the solution.
- You also monitor and manage staff from service integrators who are engaged in supporting run-and-maintain and project landscapes.
- Furthermore, you participate in all project life cycle activities, including workshops, unit testing, integration testing, user testing, data conversion, organizational readiness, site readiness, and deployment.
- The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years focused on SAP PP/DS, including at least 2 end-to-end implementations with S/4 HANA.
- Prior experience in SAP Production Planning or SAP Advanced Planning and Optimizer is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent field is required. While SAP certification in SAP S/4 or SAP APO is preferred, it is not mandatory.
- The candidate should have experience in Blueprinting, Realization, Configuration, Functional Specifications, Unit and Integration Testing, Data Definition, Data Mapping from Legacy Systems, End-user Training, Training Development, Train the Trainer, Cutover Activities, and Production Support. Strong communication, training, and support skills for quality functions in day-to-day business processes are essential.
- Experience working with Global Competency Centres (GCCs) is also preferred.
- The candidate should also have experience in Production Support/Roll-out projects and be adept at working with geographically dispersed teams.
- Additionally, the candidate should have completed 2 or more SAP Full Lifecycle implementations and possess experience in SAP S/4 HANA Implementation, Production Support, and Data Migration to support Axalta's S/4 HANA rollout project.
