We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Well-being Global, Hyderabad On-site Well-being Coordinator will drive the well-being program end-to-end. He/ she/ they will outline, plan, and facilitate well-being activities and programs as per the client and employee base requirements and monitor the results of the initiatives to ensure their effectiveness and relevance in collaboration with on-site wellbeing Manager/Lead. Responsibilities . In collaboration with the global well-being lead, manage and drive well-being initiatives and engagement activities for the targeted employee base and handhold team on-site. . In collaboration with the Global Wellbeing leader plans, conducts and analyzes headcount from all sites to work on global wellbeing operations. . Collates global reports for client for diversity, agent headcounts, counselor reports and data management. . Regularly coordinate with compliance and coordinate audits to prepare team and reports for compliance supporting Global Wellbeing AVP. . Supervises Engagement & Wellbeing Coordinators to float appropriate wellbeing/ engagement activities. . Prepare/implement and tracks budgets for wellness activities globally. . Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders (Operations, HR, Legal, Facilities etc) and coordinate floating various initiatives. . Develop, coordinate, manage, wellbeing initiatives to reduce health risk, and encourage healthy lifestyles. . Overview wellbeing and engagement initiatives (WBR & MBR etc.) with Account specific internal & external stakeholders. . Ability to develop and implement programs that comply with the local workplace regulations. Qualifications we seek in you. Minimum qualifications . A master&rsquos degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, with specialization in Clinical/Health Psychology. . Research experience with a capacity to conduct independent data analysis (qualitative and quantitative) . Knowledge of Microsoft word processing (Microsoft word, Excel, Power point) . Relevant Work/training Experience. Academic/research experience is preferred. . Efficient interpersonal skills . Ability to handle global teams around APAC. . Meaningful years of experience in the Content moderation . Prior experience of managing wellbeing and engagement initiatives. Preferred qualifications . Excellent interpersonal skills. . Ability to work and maintain confidential information. .
