▪ Oversee daily cash flow and forecasting to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational and strategic activities. ▪ Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks, investment firms, and financial institutions. ▪ Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including currency exposure, interest rates, and investment risks. ▪ Manage the organization’s debt obligations, ensuring timely repayments and compliance with debt covenants. ▪ Prepare and present regular reports on cash positions, investment performance, debt levels, and treasury KPIs. ▪ Continuously evaluate and optimize treasury workflows, procedures, and controls for efficiency. ▪ Develop and execute the company’s investor relations strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and maintaining a strong reputation in the capital markets. ▪ Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholdersLocation Experience Education & Gurgaon Minimum Qualifications & Critical Exposure to Perform the Job at the Optimum Level CA, CMA, CPA or other relevant qualifications.
