Position: Regional HR Pune Location Job Description The ideal candidate should have a strong background in talent acquisition, talent management, HRIS, onboarding & induction, grievance management, employee engagement, performance management, industrial relations (IR), and employee relations (ER). The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of our human capital and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies. Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management programs aimed at identifying, developing, and retaining high-potential employees. Conduct talent assessments and succession planning to support organizational growth and continuity. Implement strategies for employee career development and progression. HRIS (Human Resources Information System): Manage and maintain the HRIS database to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information. Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Provide training and support to staff on HRIS utilization. Onboarding & Induction: Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to facilitate the smooth integration of new employees into the organization. Coordinate orientation sessions and ensure new hires receive necessary training and resources. Continuously evaluate and enhance the onboarding process to improve employee satisfaction and retention. Grievance Management: Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and complaints. Conduct thorough investigations into employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolution. Provide guidance and support to managers on addressing employee issues in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale. Organize and oversee employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and social events. Foster a positive work culture that promotes collaboration, communication, and employee well-being. Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal processes to assess employee performance and development needs. Provide guidance and support to managers on setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback. Identify opportunities for performance improvement and implement strategies to enhance individual and team effectiveness. Industrial Relations (IR) & Employee Relations (ER): Maintain positive relationships with employees, unions (if applicable), and other stakeholders. Interpret and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements. Address employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and disputes, in a fair and consistent manner. Experience Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in human resources management roles, with a focus on talent acquisition, talent management, HRIS, onboarding & induction, grievance management, employee engagement, performance management, IR & ER.
