Industry: Automobile / Battery Manufacturing / ProductionJob Summary: We are hiring candidates for Assembly Line Operator, Machine Operator, DET, and GET positions in a 4-Wheeler Battery Manufacturing Company located in Taloja, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.Only candidates from Arunachal Pradesh who are willing to relocate can apply.Candidates with qualification from 8th, 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, Graduate, BE can apply.Selected candidates will work in production / assembly line / machine operation with rotational shifts.Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on assembly line / production line
  • Operate machines as per training
  • Follow supervisor instructions
  • Maintain discipline and safety rules
  • Work in rotational shifts
  • Maintain productivity in plant
Requirements
  • Qualification: 8th / 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Graduate / BE
  • Age: 18 – 34 years
  • Gender: Male only
  • Minimum weight: 45 kg
  • Minimum height: 4.5 feet
  • Aadhaar must be linked with mobile
  • Bank account must be active / seeded
Work Details: Work Mode: Factory / Production / Assembly Line, Shift: Rotational Shift
8 Hour Shift:
  • 7 AM – 3 PM
  • 3 PM – 11 PM
  • 11 PM – 7 AM
12 Hour Shift:
  • 7 AM – 7 PM
  • 7 PM – 7 AM
  • Work Days: 6 Days per week
  • Weekly Off: Rotational
  • Salary / Stipend:
Diploma- ₹14,000 + ₹4,000 DBT
Graduate / BE- ₹14,000 + ₹4,500 DBT
ITI- ₹12,940 Take Home (8-hour shift)
8th / 10th / 12th- ₹22,000 Take Home (12-hour shift)
Canteen- ₹10 per day
