For their THANE division they are on the lookout for HEAD-CLINICAL TRIALS CLINICAL HEAD Role Overview: As the Clinical Head, you will lead the clinical regulatory department, overseeing the execution of clinical trials for our anti-diabetes and anti-cancer product portfolios. With a primary focus on developing innovative therapies to combat diabetes and cancer, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the future of biopharmaceuticals through leading-edge innovations and technologies. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Strategy: Head the clinical regulatory department, providing strategic direction for the development and execution of clinical trials. Lead the planning and implementation of clinical trials for our comprehensive anti-diabetes product range. Drive innovation and technology adoption to enhance clinical trial efficiency and effectiveness. Product Portfolio Management: Oversee the clinical development of our anti-diabetes range, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards. Drive innovation in the development of next-generation diabetic medications and innovative formulations of insulin analogs to enhance patient convenience and treatment efficacy. Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with external and international partners to incorporate clinical strategic inputs into ongoing and upcoming projects. Provide clinical expertise to scientific advisory committees, investigators' meetings, and Data Safety Monitoring Boards (DSMB) to ensure the success of clinical trials. Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the field of diabetes and cancer therapeutics. Drive the development of next-generation diabetic medications, innovative formulations of insulin analogs, and new drug delivery mechanisms to meet evolving patient needs and market demands. Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards throughout the clinical trial process. Maintain high-quality standards in clinical trial operations and reporting, adhering to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. Qualifications and Experience: MBBS, MD, or Pharmacology degree from a recognized institution 1. 15+ years of experience in clinical research and regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. 2. Proven track record of leadership in managing clinical trials, particularly in the field of diabetes therapeutics. 3. Expertise in regulatory requirements and guidelines governing clinical trials, with a focus on anti-diabetes products. 4.
