
Piping Stress Lead

- Perform pipe stress analysis using CAESAR II as per ASME codes and standards (B313.3, ASME B31.4 & B31.8)
- Evaluate calculated stress results, displacements, nozzle, and pipe support loads.
- Perform modal analysis and flange leakage calculations.
- Conduct analysis of piping systems to assess the effects of thermal expansion, vibration, seismic loads, Blast loads and other external forces.
- Experience with slug, surge, PSV reaction loads.
- Select appropriate supports including spring hangers and rigid struts to qualify stresses and nozzle loads.
- Prepare & review pipe stress reports.
- Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and coordination sessions with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Manhour estimations and Manpower planning
- Delegation and Monitoring to meet progress and schedule
- Mentoring/guiding team to resolve technical issues.
- Engineering Degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities and Power Generation sector;
- At least 3 years of experience in offshore oil/gas field development projects.
- Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English
- Minimum 10 years' Experience with Caesar II software
- Experience with detailed design project (EPC) execution is added advantage
