- Should have knowledge on P&ID.
- Review design documents and support training
- Preparation of data sheets for Field Instrument (ISA standard), interpreting vendor manuals
- Preparation of Instrument Index, I/O list.
- To prepared 2D Layouts, 3D Model for Instruments
- To prepare Installation Design and 3D Model
- Preparation of Cable Schedule, JB Schedule, Instrument Loop Diagram & Instrument Interconnection Diagram.
- Preparation of Cause & Effect, Logic Diagram & control system architecture.
- Good communication skills, proficient with computers (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge on AutoCAD
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation
- 8-10 Years of experience in instrumentation/design and detail engineering for process or plant systems.
- To be able to Work with minimal guidance & complete the assigned task.
- Product knowledge on centrifugal compressor, Reciprocating Compressor, Gas Turbines and steam turbine (Rotating equipment)
- Ability to understand and implement design standards and configuration
- Ability to work in a global environment
- Knowledge of international codes like IEC, NEMA, ISA, API etc.
- AVEVA Instrumentation Working knowledge is an added advantage
