Looking for a Design Engineering Professional who has a proven proficiency in OSS Service Assurance (Monitoring & Reporting/config management)
Must have good knowledge of Networking. CCNA certification will be added advantage.
Must have at least 2 years' experience working on any of the market COTS (OSS Service Assurance (Monitoring & Reporting/config management) and should know how Product works & its Architecture.
The major roles & responsibilities include:
Solution Development & Implementation: Produce solutions/designs for BT requirements around device monitoring/configuration management and Linux deployments.
Installation and Integration: Handle installation, OOTB integrations, role-based access configurations, and Linux server configurations.
Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot installation failures, failed devices, and Linux server issues independently.
Documentation and Training: Write low-level designs, understand requirements, get them implemented, and provide documentation and training for junior administrators and end-users.
