HR Generalist - Payroll & Compliance - NIGHT SHIFT

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain employee salary records, attendance, leaves, and deductions
• Handle reimbursements, bonuses, incentives, and final settlements (F&F)
• Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs and reports

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
• Manage PF, ESI, PT, TDS filings and returns
• Maintain statutory registers and records
• Handle audits and inspections related to compliance

• Manage employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
• Maintain employee database and HRMS systems
• Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.)
• Handle employee queries related to payroll and HR policies

• Monitor attendance and leave records
• Implement leave policies and track balances
• Resolve discrepancies in attendance data

• Address employee concerns and grievances
• Ensure smooth communication between employees and management

• Knowledge of Indian labor laws
• Experience in audit handling
• Advanced Excel skills

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in HR generalist role
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and labor laws
• Familiarity with statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
• Experience with HRMS/payroll software
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
