Signing of protocol for foundation handover
Ensuring Proper foundation bolt placements
Preparation of foundation for equipment erection
Monitoring and Recording Equipment Procurement and delivery Status Checking of Ordering status of the respective equipment.
Getting details of Equipment like weight, dimensions and orientation
Co-ordination with store for delivery intimation at site.
Checking of delivery status at site.
Execution of equipment erection work. Preparation of erection scheme,ground preparation for crane placement for erection
Alignment of the equipment
Coordination for transportation aid, ensuring availability of crane and manpower.
Handing over of equipment after clearance to client.
Package equipment's Document drawing and dispatch schedule control
Material checking as per packing list.
Interaction with E&I department and handing over concerned material.
Vendor representative co-ordination for mechanical works.
Study of package MDB and catalogue.
Erection scheme preparation.
Erection and execution of works.
Co-ordination with other discipline for execution of whole package..Qualifications:Educational Qualification: Essential: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experiences:Ø Minimum experience: 3-7 years experience in execution in relevant industry
Experience of handling equipment erection and alignment
Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders (Internal and External).
