You will receive regulartechnical and on the job training and support, as well as opportunities on projects and assignments that will develop and challenge you to achieve your full potential.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated junior Business Architect with a background in consulting, transformation, tax or finance to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting complex pursuits in designing tax and finance solutions for global clients.Your key responsibilities

Work with and report to the MS Tax Solution Leader or senior MS Tax Business Architect on the job
Use knowledge / experience in any of the below technical competency requirement listed

Work on complex pursuits as the junior Business Architect (reporting to the MS Tax Solution Leader or senior MS Tax Business Architect) with the relevant technical fields (outsourcing, transformation, tax, finance, accounting and/or financial service expertise such as Customers Transparent Tax Operations and Reporting Services or business and technology transformation and consulting), collaborating with peer workstreams leaders, Service Line Subject Matter Resources, as well as other EY team members
Drive the solution design workstreams covering key aspects of solution design, including people, process, data and technology for pursuit
Design and develop data input model to drive client solution design and related pricing and financial models for Tax managed service offerings
Provide input towards the design of the Tax managed services offering over the development lifecycle with particular focus on delivery components necessary to deploy a viable solution for our clients
Capture knowledge and refine artefacts from pursuits to support future pursuits
Support development of standardized assets used across different offerings as well as different stages of the pursuit lifecycle

To qualify for the role, you must have

At least 3 years experience in management consulting as a business architect or analyst (or similar role) with specialisation in any of technical competency identified below:
Tax compliance, tax accounting, and reporting
Accounting, finance, and statutory reporting
Tax governance & risk management
Outsourcing and managed services solution design
Transformation and continuous improvement solution design
Finance sector/financial services expertise - general
Finance sector/financial services expertise - customer tax, operations, and reporting
Business and technology transformation, and consulting
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to apply a performance improvement lens to our clients' current processes whilst aligning with global EY technology platforms and other enabling components of EY service
Strong skills on MS Suite - Excel (data modelling, arrays, dynamic formulas), PowerPoint (value proposition, story boarding, basic design), and Visio (process mapping), with the ability to distil complex concepts into succinct and clear outputs
Demonstrated commercial acumen and a basic understanding of pricing, value, and financial modelling
Strong communication, collaboration, and teaming skills, and a positive attitude to solve problems across our solutions as we develop them
