Safely operates the Refinery machine to keep the production copper without problem.
- Performs daily inspection , maintenance and repair.
-Following standard operating procedures and specifications or instructions of higher level technical personnel. Monitoring meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications.
-Cooperation with production management people for no effect Company operation.
Continuously evaluate and improve refining processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase copper yield.
Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues to minimize downtime and maximize production output.
Oversee the maintenance of refining equipment and coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and upgrades.
Implement predictive maintenance strategies to prevent equipment failures.Qualifications:Hold a any Diploma/BSc/MSC Degree in Physics, Chemistry , Metallurgical Engineering
Position with 5+ years work experience in Ferrous/ Non Ferrous industry
Preferred expereince in Refinery Copper Plant
Computer skills including Microsoft Office & CMMS systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Willingness to work in a refinery environment, which may include exposure to industrial chemicals and high-temperature processes.
Ability to work in a team and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
