- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
- More than 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
- Sound knowledge of business unit accounts, financial reporting, costing, and management accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and MS Excel
- Experience in preparing and presenting financial reports to management
- Knowledge of taxation laws and GST regulations
- Experience in planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Oversee all financial and accounting activities within the company
- Manage the financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Prepare financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to the management team
- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's goals
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Manage the company's taxation and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with external auditors and financial institutions
- Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and industry trends
