SalesLocation: New Delhi, Delhi, IndiaIDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to join our Retail Banking team in New Delhi, India. As a Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth for our Education Institution Loan (EIL) product in the assigned branch.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for EIL product in the assigned branch- Build and maintain relationships with education institutions to generate leads and increase business opportunities- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and understand their needs and preferences- Train and mentor sales team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively sell the EIL product- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient processing of EIL applications and disbursements- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify potential risks and opportunities for the EIL productQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth- Strong understanding of the education loan market and customer needs- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills- Ability to lead and motivate a team- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as neededWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
