Job Description:Role Proficiency:Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions account for others' developmental activitiesOutcomes: * Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.

Code debug test document and communicate product/component/feature development stages.
Validate results with user representatives; integrates and commissions the overall solution
Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components or creating own solutions
Optimises efficiency cost and quality.
Influence and improve customer satisfaction
Set FAST goals for self/team; provide feedback to FAST goals of team members

Measures of Outcomes: * Adherence to engineering process and standards (coding standards)

Adherence to project schedule / timelines
Number of technical issues uncovered during the execution of the project
Number of defects in the code
Number of defects post delivery
Number of non compliance issues
On time completion of mandatory compliance trainings

Additional Comments:Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS Implement and manage Redux for state management across complex applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Micro Frontend architectures Work with designers to transform Figma designs into functional user interfaces Maintain and enhance applications built using Angular where needed Utilize third-party libraries and frameworks effectively to improve development efficiency Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices Implement unit test cases to ensure code quality and reliability Contribute to and support CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning sessions Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Good working knowledge of Redux and its ecosystem Experience with Micro Frontend architecture concepts and implementations Familiarity with Angular and the ability to support/maintain Angular projects Understanding of software libraries and their integration into front-end projects Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) Proficiency in writing unit tests using frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, etc. Ability to work from Figma design files and collaborate with UI/UX designers Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and team collaboration abilitiesSkills:React,Typescript,Html5 Canvas,ReduxAbout Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
