We are listed on the London Stock Exchange (EXPN) and are a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index.Learn more at or visit our global content hub at our for the latest news and insights from the GroupJob DescriptionExperian are currently looking for a Project Manager to lead technology projects across EMEA and APAC regions’ business in multiple territories.The role leads, develops, monitors, updates, communicates, and implements plans for EMAP Technology projects covering Infrastructure, Cloud, Service, compliance and Security from cradle to grave.This role is responsible for the overall project delivery including project plan, execution, resource management, issue tracking, quality, governance, change management, risk management, communications and budget.Manage the end-to-end delivery of technology projects to meet objectives against budget, schedule and scope to ensure achievement against Technology goals and SFAsExecutes project management process including scope definition, scheduling, human resource and material planning and allocation, risk management planning, cost and budget management and quality assurance.Demonstrates strong leadership and people management skills in forming teams from local and remote sources, both within the region and in the wider global group and ensuring close communication and strong teamwork to contribute to project successActs as liaison between stakeholders, sponsors and steering committee and manages these relationships.Identifies, defines and manages all aspects of programme level projects. Including, but not limited to, the overall programme project plan, execution, resource management, issue tracking, quality, governance, change management, risk management, communications and budget.Ensures that delivery and Practice project management processes and procedures are adhered to on all projects within the programme.Develop and maintain project risk management plans.Specify, obtain through resource demand management and allocate resources to meet programme requirements.Creates visibility across teams to mitigate coordination challenges (with Service Owners and Providers as applicable)Implement Agile / Scrum master tools and techniquesQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.PMI Accredited - Project Management Professional qualification5-8 years functional experience.Experience of Mergers and Acquisition with technology integration is a plusGood understanding and application of Project Management competencies including at least one formal project delivery methodology, stakeholder management, contractuals, scope, schedule, costs, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurement, and integrationFinancial literacy to forecast and manage programme, project and departmental budgets, costs and revenue. Good understanding of business requirements and technical limitations as determined by the client organisation's systems and processesAbility to influence and build productive relationships with key programme stakeholders (both internal and external) to senior manager level.
