- Define and design end-to-end Oracle EBS architecture across financials, supply chain, HR, and other core modules.
- Lead system integration with other enterprise platforms, ensuring seamless data and process flow.
- Conduct solution design workshops to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Provide governance and enforce best practices for EBS customizations, extensions, interfaces, and reporting (CEMLI).
- Oversee upgrades, migrations (e.g., R12 to R12.2 or Oracle Cloud ERP), and long-term roadmaps.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security across all Oracle EBS environments.
- Mentor teams, provide technical leadership, and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.x) in an architect or senior technical role.
- Expertise in core EBS modules such as Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA), SCM (PO, OM, INV), and HRMS.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.
- Experience with integration tools such as Oracle SOA Suite, APIs, or Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Proven background in system upgrades, application server configuration, and security design.
- Ability to define and execute migration strategies to R12.2 or Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Excellent communication skills to engage both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Preferred: Oracle certifications (OCP, Oracle EBS/Cloud ERP), experience with large-scale ERP implementations, and familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOX or GDPR.
