EXECUTIVE OPERATION TALLY CALLING FOR CONSULTANT - RAIPUR/BHILAI , CHHATTISGARH

• Outbound Calling & Lead Generation: Make designated daily calls to prospective B2B clients to promote Tally software products/services.
• Tally Functional Support: Explain Tally ERP 9/Prime features, benefits, and modules to clients.
• Demo Booking & Sales Coordination: Schedule demo sessions for Field Executives and follow up to convert leads into sales.
• Client Onboarding & Data Management: Assist in initial software setup, data migration, and maintain accurate records of client interactions in a CRM/Excel sheet.
• Reporting: Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call volume, leads generated, and demo sessions to the manager.

• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime is mandatory.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Telugu).
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or B2B sales (experience in a consultancy or IT firm is preferred).
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Internet usage.
• Behavioral Skills: Ability to handle rejection, persuasive, and patient.
