Timely execution of Service work orders.Responsibilities Interaction with customer.Interaction with Internal Team.Planning the Execution work.Technical Support: working closely with Service partners in day to day activities to enhance customer satisfaction.Provide Technical Support for Customer Communication Skills: Shall have good communication skills and good coordination within the team.Lead Management : Shall have skill set to identify the Opportunities & convert in to Business Leads.Software Integration : Shall have good knowledge about the software & monitoring tools.Qualifications4-5 years of Hands ON experience in relevant service industry & can able to manage the Higher KVA install Base.
Good troubleshooting skill of UPS Li-on Batteries. IT Infra Structure Products like Rack ATS PDU Data center Monitoring Tools Etc.
Fair knowledge of Digitalization.
