They cater to whole process search & discovery, transactions, home loans, property management, and post-sales service.The JobYou will be responsible for :- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.- Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.- Handle client meetings, interactions, and follow-ups to ensure successful deal closures.- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.- Identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships.- Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.- Ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implement performance management actions when needed.- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.- Managing a team of 11-50 people.Ideal Candidate- You have at least 3 years experience within a B2C Sales or Sales / Relationship Manager role, ideally within any company except real estate.- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard- You are willing to work 6 days a week (Weekends Mandatory).
